Q: Do I need to make a booking for my tour?
A: Due to demand we recommend that you book as early as possible as some tours have limit availability. It is also important to give yourself time so that you may make the best selection to suit needs.
Q: Should an individual avoid taking tours while they are pregnant?
A: The answer to that is yes and no. However we recommend that you advise the sales staff so that they may make a recommendation based on how far along in the pregnancy you are and the type of tour that interests you. Safety First!!!
Q: Is there such a thing as tour dress code?
A: Yes&.closed toes shoes for a hiking tour, long pants/trousers for horse back riding etc. Whatever your tour selection we will be sure to point out the dress code at the point of sale.
Q: What is the policy on gratuities?
A: They are paid at your discretion and are based on a good exchange of service for your hard earned dollars. Gratuities are not compulsory.
Q: What if I need to cancel a tour that I have paid for?
A: In order to maintain maximum availability to all clients we have applied a twenty-four hour cancellation policy. Inside of twenty-four hours 50% of all paid tours becomes non refundable. Please notify us in the appropriate stated time to avoid payment penalties.
Q: Who takes care of my valuables that I have with me on tour?
A: We will not assume any responsibility or liability for valuables brought on any tour. Please take full advantage of the safe provided in your hotel room.
