We are a St. Kitts owned, operated and insured company, with our main office located the hotel District of Frigate Bay. We are licensed by the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis.

EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP
Our dedicated CEO, Troy Hendrickson, boasts ten years of Airline and Tour related Management experience, complimented by five years of Destination Management and Event Planning. Mr. Hendrickson has
been very instrumental in the development of the islands tourism sector and a cornerstone from which the Leadership Team of the St. Kitts Marriott has drawn knowledge of the destination, its product, services and people. Through endless dedication, Troy has spearheaded over 250 Marriott site inspections and FAM trips. Simultaneously he has been instrumental in the lifting of the iron curtain on a world class destination bestowed .Sweet Sugar City St. Kitts. While at Flamboyant he also negotiated a transport and tour contract with the Four Seasons Resort, Nevis for the movement of all arriving and departing guests. His hard work was recognized by the Hotel & Tourism Association by the presenting of the 2003 Allied Member Award. The first incentive program (Indianapolis Star Newspaper (June 20 . 24, 2003) to visit the St. Kitts Marriott was also executed under the watch of Mr. Hendrickson. Likewise the largest program to date (382 attendees from Walters Wholesale Electric) was handled by Troy and his team while at TDC Flamboyant Tours.

MANAGEMENT FEES
Our management fees are based on either a pre-arranged set fee or a percentage of all services provided. We offer you the flexibility to choose the method best preferred. Caribbean Journey Mastrs is an extension of you.
It is our every intention to provide full utilization of our local knowledge and resources all geared to fulfilling our clients, particular needs (negotiations, equipment rental, audio visual, etc.). All services are based on net rates obtained from vendors. Where possible, Caribbean Journey Mastrs will allow the client to pay less than retail for services, as pre-arranged commissions and discounts are passed along. Special services include customs clearance, immigration, freight and brokerage, warehousing, gifts, ground transportation and show services.
